Beth Ellingson works extensively in the areas of family law, criminal defense, estate planning, landlord/tenant law, bankruptcy, small business law and collections. She is a member of the family law and criminal defense sections of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Since her graduation from Marquette University Law School in 2002, she has practiced in the Milwaukee and LaCrosse areas, and now practices in northeastern Wisconsin. She is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature.
Beth has litigated a wide variety of cases, and has served as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem in numerous family law matters. In addition to private practice, Beth serves as Assistant Corporation Counsel in Marinette County.
In her spare time, Beth enjoys volunteering with various organizations including Literacy Green Bay, and has served on the Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations. She also enjoys reading, classical music, and spending time with her rescue dog, Aja.« Back to Attorneys Page
